Pursuant to the earlier direction dated 16.05.2025, report dated 20.05.2025 has been submitted along with enclosures. Let the same be kept with the record.

In respect of the first query raised by this Court, it has been categorically stated by the Officer-in-Charge, Entally Police Station that the petitioner did not submit any signed written complaint with the police station till date in spite of informing him on several occasions over phone. In respect of the second query, it has been observed that it is the Nursing Home authorities who are responsible for payment and to that effect, certain enclosures have also been attached which were issued by Horizon Life Line Pvt. Ltd.

Having regard to the report so submitted, I am of the view that no interference is called for by this Court.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 10168 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
