Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that he has paid full Court fees in respect of 33 numbers of writ petitioners against Entry No. A6732 dated July 09, 2021. Learned advocate for the petitioners further submits that the matter is similar to one matter already decided by this Court being WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh -versus- State of West Bengal & ors.).

In view of such submission, I do not think any adjudication is required to be made in this matter as by the order passed in the abovementioned matter.

Liberty has been granted to the candidates to file representation to the School Service Commission; whether they will use the liberty or not is their choice.

However, as I find that there is nothing to be adjudicated in this writ application, this writ application is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court.
