This writ petition relates to appointment in the post of Helper in ICDS Anganwadi Project, Ranaghat, Block-II, Nadia. The selection process to fill up the said post was undertaken in the year 2001.

Record reveals that on March 15, 2017 this writ petition was dismissed for default by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Subsequently, petitioner has filed restoration application along with an application for condonation of delay.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner nor any accommodation is sought for.

In view thereof, the applications being CAN 1 of 2020 (Old CAN 477 of 2020) and CAN 2 of 2020 (Old CAN 478 of 2020) stand dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
