Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a daily labourer and, therefore, the condition requiring the petitioner to remain within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station and to report to the officer-in- charge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight should be waived.

The nature of charges as against the petitioner are heinous. No ground exists for modification of the condition granting bail to the petitioner.

In such circumstances, CRAN 1 of 2022 in CRM 4374 of 2021 is dismissed.
