For the petitioners ,, This revisional application has been filed by the defendants-petitioners challenging the order dated 12th May, 2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court at Howrah in Title Suit No.329 of 2021 rejecting the application for repairing under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Mr Subir Kumar Roy, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that his clients are not willing to proceed further with the present application. He also files the written instruction of Smt Oli Bhattacharya dated 18th January, 2023, which is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present revisional application stands dismissed as withdrawn. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.
