Let the aforesaid process be completed within a period of seven days from date mandatorily and positively. The said order may be communicated to the writ petitioner immediately thereafter.

The kidney board shall bear in mind the observations made by this Court in the order dated 14th July, 2021 and the decision of the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court reported in AIR 2005 Punjab & Haryana 128, in the process of decision. In terms of the communication dated 16th July, 2021 which is kept on record, the petitioner and/or her husband may appear before the kidney board for rehearing. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
