The petitioner has made a false statement in this petition for bail. In paragraph 1 he has stated that his prayer for bail was last rejected by this Court on November 10, 2020 vide CRM No.8978 of 2020.

Learned Advocate for the State points out that subsequently, the petitioner again approached this Court by filing CRM 230 of 2021, which was also rejected by a Coordinate Bench by an order dated 13.1.2021.

In view of the aforesaid suppression of fact, which obviously is aimed at trying to mislead this Court, we are not inclined to even consider this application for bail. C.R.M.
