Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a school teacher and he retired from his service but his salaries for the months of April, 2017 to June, 2017 have not been paid.

I direct the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Birbhum, the respondent no.4 to look into the matter and take steps that the amount can be paid to him as admissible. The entire exercise is to be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. I also direct the Secretary, Hamidia High Madrasah, Suri, Birbhum, the respondent no.7 to raise the bill for those three months

and to send it to the respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks from date. If the payment is admissible to him the payment has to be made by the said three months time and if it is not admissible he should be intimated the reason for non-payment of the said amount of money.

With the above direction, this matter is disposed of.
