This is an application for cancellation of bail on the ground stated in Paragraph 8 of the petition.

We are not convinced with the explanations offered for cancellation of bail as there is nothing on record to suggest that the private opposite parties were or are not complying with the order passed by the Coordinate Bench on 28th August, 2018. At this stage, the prayer is made for expeditious disposal of the G.R.No.692/2015 pending before the learned ACJM at Serampore. We request the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. With the aforesaid observations, the application for cancellation of bail, being CRM No.4553 of 2019, is disposed of.
