Sadhu ....for the State The petitioner complains that notwithstanding the order of injunction passed by the learned 10th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta in T.S. No. 666 of 2020, the private respondent is trying to dispossess him and demolish the construction thereat.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner should obtain specific directions on the Amherst Street Police Station from the Court below.

In the meantime, the police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and shall strictly comply with any order that may be passed by the Civil Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
