The earlier order passed on 20.06.2022 in WPA 22635 of 2012 directed the police authorities to conduct an enquiry and also observe that if the ad interim order of injunction subsists, steps be taken to ensure compliance of the order of the civil court after hearing the petitioner as also the respondent nos.5 and 6.

A report has been submitted which reflects that mails were sent by the office of the concerned Beniapukur Police Station for complying with the order passed by the co-ordinate Bench. The contents of the mail also reflect that police is ready to provide necessary police assistance for implementing the

order of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Sealdah passed in Title Suit No.166 of 2007. In view of the co-operation extended by the police authorities, police authorities, as represented in the report, would render assistance to the petitioner in the mode and manner as prescribed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Sealdah in Title Suit No.166 of 2007.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11145 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Reports submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
