In view of nature of the order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary upon the opposite party.

Service of notice of this application upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Upon perusal of the photocopies of the orders passed by the learned court below, it appears that no compelling reasons appears to have been made out so as to ensure expeditious disposal of the suit, causing deprivation to the other litigants.

However, learned court below is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of pending suits referred hereinabove, subject to his convenience and suitability, after causing disposal of the interlocutory applications, if there are any pending, providing sufficient opportunity of

hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting unnecessary adjournments, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite party and the opposite party.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application being C.O.1426 of 2022 stands disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.)
