The subject matter of challenge relates to Ekbalpore P.S. Case No.113 of 2023 dated 05.03.2023.

Mr. Dutta, learned appearing for the petitioners submits that they have been falsely implicated in the instant case and to that effect learned advocate has drawn the attention of this court to the series of cases existing between the parties. Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Tanmoy Kumar Ghosh, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. In view of the series of the cases pending between the present petitioners and the complainant or their family members or their associates, I am of the view that when the investigation is in progress no interference should be made and the investigation Agency should be allowed to take the cases to their logical conclusion. The factual grievances which the petitioners intend to

address before this court are left open to be informed to the Investigating Officer of the case and if they are dissatisfied they would bring to the notice of the Deputy Commissioner of Police in Charge of Ekbalpore Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1556 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
