Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the order of demolition has been passed by the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation, no steps have been taken for actually demolishing the unauthorized construction.

Learned counsel for the Corporation submits, upon instructions, that police help has been sought for and demolition work will take place immediately upon assistance being provided by the police. 3.

The Corporation is directed to take necessary steps for implementation of the order of demolition in accordance with law.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
