Learned advocate Mr. Saha has filed one document singed by the Chairman-in-Charge of Paschim Medinipore DPSC on 16.01.2023 wherefrom it appears that the petitioner has got all the reliefs as prayed for in this writ application. Such report filed by Mr. Saha is kept on record and as the petitioner has got all the reliefs, the matter is disposed of as allowed. Mr. Saha is directed to supply a copy of the report filed in court today to the petitioner.
