Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

The Inspector-in-Charge, Kalyani Police Station would, pursuant to the directions passed on 09.01.2025 by the tribunal in M.P. No.351 of 2024, ensure that the petitioner is able to reside at the premises peacefully. To that effect, if the petitioner reports to the police station within a week from date, all necessary assistance be provided so that the petitioner can reside in a proportionate area of the said residence.

Police authorities, however, would oversee that the residents residing are not thrown away from the premises referred to in the writ petition. A lady police personnel be deployed so that every alternate day she would for the next 15 days visit the residence and report to the Inspector-in-Charge as to whether

the situation at the premises/residence is blown out of proportion to the detriment of the present petitioner. In case the Inspector-in-Charge finds that the situation is blown out of proportion, the Inspector-in-Charge will not hesitate to register a fresh case.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10185 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
