1. At the time of call no one represents State respondents.

2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits due to firing by Bangladesh Border Guard Personnel on 11th February, 2013 father of the petitioner viz. Md. Farid died. It is further submitted that due to such unfortunate incident of death of father of the petitioner monetary compensation to the tune of Rs. 5,00,000/- (rupees five lakh) was paid to the family of the deceased person. Petitioner being one of the sons of deceased person has approached this Court with the present writ petition claiming appointment on compassionate ground.

3. However, from the case made out in the writ petition nothing is found which confers right upon the petitioner to be appointed on

compassionate ground as his father died due to firing by Bangladesh Border Guard Personnel.

4. In absence of any scheme no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

5. Writ petition stands dismissed.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
