1. Grievance of the writ petitioner is that, a miscellaneous application seeking interim relief filed before the Tribunal is not being finally decided. It is also the grievance of the writ petitioner that, State is taking steps with regard to the immovable property belonging to the petitioner which is in direct conflict with the observations made by the Division Bench in the Public Interest Litigation.

3. Orders impugned in the present writ petition did not decide the right, title and interest of any of the parties before us, finally. It appears that, there is a miscellaneous application pending before the learned Tribunal which requires consideration. Learned Tribunal directed such application to be listed on July 22, 2025.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the present

case, in our view, interest of justice would be subserved by requesting the learned Tribunal not to give any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties and endeavour to dispose of the miscellaneous application fixed on July 22, 2025 either on such date or within a period of a month thereafter.

5. WPLRT 69 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
