The writ petitioner has complained to the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur and Chairman of Haldia Development Authority on 28th April, 2021 that the private respondents have effected construction on the land belonging to the Haldia Development Authority on Dag No. 1473, Khatian No.8573, P.S. Durgachak. The petitioner submits that the said illegal construction is blocking ingress and egress to his own premises.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 28th April, 2021 within a period of four months from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The order that may be passed by the District Magistrate may be communicated to the petitioner within a period of ten days thereof. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
