We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the co-accused was rejected in April, 2022. Petitioner was identified in course of T. I. Parade.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
