Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the locus of the present petitioner as that of the other accused person who has been granted bail.

Accordingly, learned Special Court is directed to release the petitioner [Nur Selim @ Chottu @ Mr. Murselim] on bail on the same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Golam Mustafa @ Mungla @ Golam Mostafa Sk. in CRM (NDPS) 872 of 2026.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner [Nur Selim @ Chottu @ Mr. Murselim] is Allowed.

Mr. Rajendra Banerjee, ld. APP, appears for the State along with a junior of his choice. The appointment of both Mr. Rajandra Banerjee, ld. APP and the junior of his choice be regularized by the concerned authority.
