The matter was lastly taken up for hearing on 12th June, 2023.

At the time of hearing it was found that the affidavits on behalf of the parties are not either ready or on record. Therefore, today is fixed for submitting the affidavits on behalf of the parties.

Learned Advocates on record on behalf of the petitioners and the respondents are present. It is submitted by them that the records are now ready so far as the submission of affidavits are concerned and a date may be fixed for final hearing of the instant writ petition. Accordingly, the instant writ petition be listed for hearing on 3rd July, 2023.
