Since after having acquired M.P.Ed degree, the petitioner applied to the D.I. of schools through the Managing Committed for postgraduate scale of pay.

The petitioner should make a formal representation along with all necessary supporting documents to the D.I. of schools, marking a copy to the head of the institution within a period of 2 weeks from date.

Upon receipt of such representation, the D.I. shall dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of 2 months thereafter. The D.I. shall be entitled to call for necessary records from the school and shall pass reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner within 7 days thereafter.

The writ petition being WPA 9060 of 2019 is accordingly, disposed of.
