1. Petitioners are aggrieved by the delay in the disposal of the proceedings pending before the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal being M.A. 995 of 2021 in O.A. No.2877 of 2008 (LRTT).

2. State and the private respondents are represented.

3. Essentially, request of the writ petitioners is an early disposal of both the miscellaneous application and the original application.

4. We find from the records that, the original application is pending since 2008 and the miscellaneous application is from 2021.

5. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to request the learned Tribunal to endeavour and dispose of both the proceedings as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of this

order.

6. WPLRT 70 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
