Learned advocate added that the petitioner is in custody for about one year four months and nine more witnesses are yet to be examined by the prosecution.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the quantum which has been seized is of commercial quantity.

Having considered the period of detention and the principles on which the other accused person was granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 697 of 2026, I direct the learned trial court to release the petitioner [Manuyara Bibi] on bail on the same terms and conditions which was imposed

upon the other accused person in CRM (NDPS) 697 of 2026.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 926 of 2026 is allowed. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
