1. Request of the writ petitioners is an early disposal of O.A. 3192 of 2008 (LRTT) pending before the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

2. State and the private respondents are represented.

3. The original application is pending since 2008.

4. We find from the records that, by the order dated February 19, 2025, learned Tribunal was pleased to fix the original application for hearing on November 24, 2025.

5. We are informed that, there are four Benches of the Tribunal presently available.

6. In such circumstances, we would request the learned Tribunal to advance the date of hearing of O.A. 3192 of 2008 (LRTT) and try and endeavour to dispose of such original application, which is pending since 2008 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from

the date of communication of this order to the learned Tribunal.

7. WPLRT 72 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
