Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the bail granted on 19.06.2025 he has been complying with the conditions and meeting the Investigating Officer of the case once in a fortnight.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the residential address and the phone number which the petitioner is using has not been furnished to the Investigating Officer. State has taken an exception to the fact that petitioner is a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh and there is every possibility of the petitioner fleeing away from the process of law.

Petitioner had been meeting the Investigating Officer of the case once in a fortnight. The same is modified to the extent

that petitioner will receive an acknowledgement from the Office of the learned Special Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia once in a fortnight irrespective of the fact whether the date has been fixed by the learned Trial Court in connection with the instant case or not.

So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same would remain unaltered.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
