Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State prays for some time to carry out the directions contained in the order dated 11th January, 2021 positively within a reasonable time period.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the State, I am of the view that no order needs be passed in this contempt application.

The State is directed to act expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, CPAN 436 of 2021 is disposed of.
