WPA 8380 of 2007 Abhijit Das -vs.- State of West Bengal Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee ....... for the petitioner Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee, learned advocate appears for the petitioner and submits that pursuant to the Order dated October 15, 2007, the petitioner was allowed to participate in the selection process. He submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the aforesaid order and nothing further remains to be decided in the instant Writ Petition.

In view thereof, WPA 8380 of 2007 (Old No. WP 8380 (W) of 2007) stands disposed of on the basis of the aforesaid submission made by Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee. ( Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
