09.06.2022 sdas rejected C.R.M.(A) 2463 of 2022 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Joypur Police Station Case No. 21 of 2022 dated 16.04.2022 under Sections 143/341/323/325/186/353/332/427 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In Re : Sadhan Santra ..... petitioner Mr. Malay Bhattacharyya Mr. Subhrajyoti Ghosh ... for the petitioner Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy Ms. Sima Biswas ... for the State We have considered the materials on record. Statements of the witnesses show petitioners had assaulted police personnel which is supported by medical evidence. We are of the opinion that in view of the nature of offence which shows gross disregard towards maintenance of law and order and obstruction to public duty, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
