Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 submits that there are other outstanding dues particularly the rent for the months of February and March outstanding and payable by the petitioner.

This Court sees that the dispute is purely private in nature and has no public element attached to it. The subject matter cannot be agitated under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition shall stand dismissed.

The aforesaid order shall however, not prevent the Chief Executive Officer, Birds Jute and Exporter Limited to issue suitable reply to the letter dated 11th May, 2021. There will be no order as to costs.
