The dispute relates to MR Dealership as well as Superior Kerosene Oil Dealership. In this regard the petitioner has filed one representation which is at pages 38 and 29 (Annexure P-9) of the writ application. The petitioner rectifies one inadvertent error in the said representation. In the second line of the said last paragraph there should be 'not to' after the words 'request you' and before the words 'to consider'. She does not want the application of Mahima Bibi to be considered by the authorities.

I direct the Secretary of the Food and Supplies Department, Government of West Bengal to consider the representation as stated above within a period of eight

weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass a reasoned order thereon and to communicate the same by 10 days from the date of the said hearing.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.

I have not gone into the merits of the case.
