Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that this matter is similar to one matter which I have already decided being WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh -versus- State of West Bengal & ors.).

In view of this, I do not find anything to be adjudicated further in this matter.

The petitioners are at liberty to file representation to the School Service Commission individually and not jointly; whether they will exercise this liberty or not is completely their discretion.

As there is nothing to be adjudicated in this matter, I dismiss the writ application.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court.
