Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that this matter is similar to one writ application already decided by this Court being WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh -versus- State of West Bengal & ors.) and therefore, the similar order may be passed in this matter.

I have already granted liberty by the above order to the candidates to file representation with their grievances to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. They have the liberty to do so.

In this writ application there is nothing to be adjudicated in view of prayers made against a

non-existent interview list dated 29.6.2021.

Hence, this writ application is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court.
