...... petitioners Mr. K Hasan ...... for the petitioners Md. Anwar Hossain ...... for the State It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there was a property dispute between the parties. Out of grudge, they have been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioners had abetted the suicide.

We have considered materials on record including the suicide note. Specific allegation has been made by the deceased against her sister in law. Petitioners are the uncle and aunt in law respectively of the victim housewife.

Keeping in mind the extent of complicity of the petitioners in the alleged crime, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the

conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Petitioners shall appear before the court below and prays for regular bail within four weeks from date.
