It appears from the said report that the writ petitioner has been restored possession of his residence and is living there without disturbance. This Court appreciates the prompt action taken by the New Town Police Station in this regard. It shall be ensured by the Inspector-in-charge, New Town Police Station that the son and daughter-inlaw of the petitioner do not enter into the premises of the petitioner, without his written consent in writing of the petitioner and countersigned by the Officer-incharge, New Town Police Station. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

Inspector-in-charge, New Town Police Station has submitted a report dated 15th July, 2021 in the

form of instructions to the learned Government Pleader. The same is taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
