It is further submitted that Manikchak Police Station Case No.241 of 2021 dated 07.07.2021 under Sections 498A/323/506/34 IPC has been registered and is under investigation.

In that view of the matter, nothing further is required to be adjudicated in the instant writ application.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

Report in the form of instructions issued by the I.C., Manikchak Police Station dated 19th July, 2021 is taken on record.

There shall be no order as to costs.
