Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the Bally Municipality has taken steps to consider the complaint of the petitioner and a hearing was conducted on 7th July, 2022 but the final order is yet to be passed. As it appears that the Municipality has already taken steps in response to the complaint filed by the petitioner, accordingly, the Municipality is directed to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner by passing a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order and communicate the same to all the necessary parties immediately thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
