Ms. Sonal Agarwal ... for the petitioner Ms. Indrani Chakraborty Mr. Falguni Bandyopadhyay ... for the State It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved and a final order under section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI) Act has been passed.

In such circumstances, the concerned police authorities are directed to take all necessary steps in accordance with law to bring a finality to the proceedings under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

The Report filed by the petitioner be kept with the records. A copy of the same is handed over to the State authority.

In view of the above, WPA 10711 of 2026 stands disposed of accordingly.
