Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda along with Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Legal Remembrancer is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal learned advocates in due course.

Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that this revisional application under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code was directed against the proceedings in connection with Swarupnagar Police Station Case No. 322 dated 11.11.1999 under Sections 325/427/304/34 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1172 of 1999 pending in the Court of the learned A.C.J.M., Basirhat, District North 24-Parganas. From the record, it appears that after 22.6.2011, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in connection with this revisional application which was filed challenging the charge-sheet submitted in connection with a case.

I do not find any reason to continue with this revisional application further while the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this revisional application since 2011.

Thus, the revisional application stands dismissed. The learned Registrar (Judicial Services) is requested to communicate this order to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basirhat, District North 24-Parganas forthwith. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J. )
