Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that his client was always ready and willing to extend all cooperation to the petitioner-Bank.

Without going any further into the action or inaction by the parties, it is ordered that the Officer-in-charge, Parnasree Police Station shall render all necessary assistance including sufficient police force to the writ petitioner-Bank and assist in taking possession of the secured assets mandatorily and positively within a period of seven days from date.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

Report filed by the Officer-in-charge, Parnasree Police Station dated 5th July, 2021 is taken on record. There will be no order as to costs.
