Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Learned lawyer for the de facto complainant also opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits objectionable pictures were uploaded on the internet.

We have considered the materials in the case diary. Victim was major at the time of cohabitation and was aware of the consequences thereof. No electronic evidence with regard to allegation of uploading obscene pictures on the internet is placed before us.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once in a week while on bail until further orders and that the petitioner shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
