On the basis of the complaint filed by the petitioner, Sonarpur Police Station Case No. 834 of 2022 dated July 26, 2022 under Sections 509 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against some of the respondents.

The police authorities shall act and proceed in accordance with law and reach the investigation to its logical conclusion.

This order shall not be construed as a declaration of the culpability of the alleged accused persons.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
