The petitioners have visited the Police Station and have placed all documents filed in the supplementary affidavit.

The Police are represented by Mr. Amitesh Banerjee, learned advocate.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that they have found that the persons who visited the petitioners' house or wrote letters to them, are not from the Enforcement Directorate.

5.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

In the event of any further threats or intimidation is received by the petitioners, they may lodge a formal complaint to the local Police Station. 7.

The writ petition is disposed of.

8.

There will be no order as to costs.
