Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing an application for restitution of conjugal rights, the present FIR was registered. The petitioners are the in-laws of the alleged victim.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and points to the materials contained in the case diary.

In view of the nature of allegations and the alleged role attributed to the present petitioners, custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required in this case. 4.

Accordingly, I direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., Bhagwati Modi, Yogesh Modi, Khushboo Modi @ Khusboo Modi, Puja Mittal & Rajesh Kumar Mittal be

released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioners shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and shall meet the Investigating Officer as and when required.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 1550 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of.
