Affidavit of service is taken on record. It appears that the municipal authorities have been served. The private respondents were attempted to be served but the postal article has come back with the endorsement 'Left'.

As the prayer of the petitioner is innocuous, inasmuch as, the petitioner seeks direction upon the competent authority of the Mahestala Municipality to consider the grievances of the petitioner made through her learned advocate dated June 16, 2021 alleging illegal and unauthorized construction, the matter can be disposed of.

The authority concerned shall consider the grievances of the petitioner and take such steps as prescribed under the law upon hearing the petitioner as also the respondent no. 6.

It is made clear that this court has not gone into the merits of the claims of the petitioner. The competent authority of the municipality shall deal with the issues in accordance with law. A spot inquiry shall be made in the presence of the petitioner as also the respondent no. 6. The report shall be supplied to the parties. Thereafter the proceedings shall be reached to its logical conclusion on the basis of the report of inspection.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
