Mr. Debasis Sur Mr. Angshuman Patra ......for the petitioner.
The present revisional application has been preferred for expeditious disposal of C-32 of 2018 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon, District North 24 Parganas. The grievance of the petitioner is that an application under Section 12 of the P.W.D.V Act, 2005 was preferred in the year 2018 and the last of the ordersheet which has been enclosed along with the revisional application reflects that service return in respect of respondent nos. 1,2 & 3 are yet to be completed. Learned Magistrate is directed to compel the appearance of the respondents and keeping in mind the object and purpose of the act, proceed with the case. In case the respondents do not appear, the learned Magistrate would proceed with the interim reliefs, prayed for or are prayed before the court.
With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1842 of 2022 is disposed of.
All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
