The interim bail which was granted on 03.07.2025 by the coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court is modified to the extent that the said bail would continue till 15th January, 2026.

Learned advocate appearing for the State alleges that the petitioner has not complied with the condition particularly with the condition of meeting the Investigating Officer, Kaliachak Police Station thrice in a week. Learned Special Court is directed that in case the petitioner is unable to offer satisfactory explanation before the learned Trial Court/Special Court, the learned Trial Court/Special Court would cancel the bond furnished and issue process for taking the accused in custody. Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record.

Learned advocate appearing for the State is directed to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court/Special Court or the learned public prosecutor conducting the case before the learned Trial Court/Special Court. With the aforesaid directions, the application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 544 of 2025, is disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
