GP, Mr. Sayan Singh .....for the State The petitioner's grievances, as evident from the prayers of the writ petition, are primarily against the IDBI bank arising out of a private account transaction. It appears that certain allegations are being made against the bank. There appears to be an FIR registered with the Ghatal Police Station being Case No. 116 of 2021 dated 8th April, 2021. Since the only relief prayed and sustainable under the writ petition is directing an investigation by the Ghatal Police Station, the Officer-in-Charge of Ghatal Police Station is directed to investigate the aforesaid FIR and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within three months from the date of communication of this order. However, no other relief can be granted to the petitioner and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, is given to the parties on usual undertakings.
