Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner hands up a copy of a letter addressed to him by the writ petitioner intimating him that the matter has been settled between the parties and "misunderstandings have been cleared". A copy of the same is taken on record He further submits that he has been instructed to pray for withdrawal of the writ petition. He further submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Mr. Dutta, learned Senior Advocate appearinf for the State hands up a copy of the instruction forwarded by the Regional Transport Officer, Nadia to the learned advocate for the State respondents wherefrom it appears that upon the petitioner's objection the vehicle of the respondent no.7 was inspected on June 26, 2025 and it

was found that the vehicle was road-worthy and everything thereof was in good condition. A copy of the instruction is taken on record.

The private respondent is represented.

It appears that the writ petition has lost its sheen. In any case, since the petitioner is not willing to proceed any further with the instant writ petition, as submitted by Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
